After being consistent with the We Be Strength and Yoga classes for a few weeks now, I feel stronger, have less pain in my back, faster recovery time, and am overall happier. I feel more productive and accomplished. With the push from the instructors, I can now do more and lift more weight than I thought that I could have. I am glad to have found this studio that is so diverse, non-judgmental, and welcoming. Every time I go to a class, the instructors and other members make me feel proud that I showed up for myself. What stands out the most to me about this program is how it's designed to make consistency easy. The strength classes are effective, and you get an excellent workout in just 45 minutes. The workouts strike the perfect balance—not too much, not too little—so you actually want to keep coming back. In the past, I've either felt too sore to return the next day or like I didn't get what I came for. But within two weeks, I already feel stronger, less bloated, and have way more energy. I'm also noticing I'm more motivated to tackle things I usually avoid, like meal prepping and getting my chores done.
