Our classes have been designed to offer something for everyone - no matter your age, background or skill level. Each of the classes below offer varying degrees of difficulty and style.

We Be Flowin 1
A place to begin and grow.
​
Vinyasa flow practice that explores breath, Eastern Philosophy and thoughtfully sequenced and fun Asana practice that integrates mind, body, spirit, and heart. Teachers will offer adaptations and modifications as well as suggestions for a more energized practice. As always, you will be encouraged and supported in your practice wherever you are.
We Be Flowin 2
Middle of the road. Let's flow! You've got this.

Just like We Be Flowin 1 but we kick it up a notch. You can expect to see things like inversions and arm balances in these classes. Start with We Be Flowin 1 a few times first if you are just starting a new yoga practice! As always, you will be encouraged and supported in your practice wherever you are.
We Be Flowin 1 or 2 (Heated)
​I see you sweating.
We Be Flowin 1 or 2 + HEAT
​
This is our We Be Flowin 1 or 2 class but with some HEAT! The room will be heated in the mid 80’s. As always, you will be encouraged and supported in your practice wherever you are.
We Be Sculpt (Heated)
Sculpt classes are heated, high-intensity, but low-impact workouts. Safe for your joints and appropriate for all fitness levels. You will be supported the entire way through! This workout builds long lean muscle.
Friday classes are more Pilates based, think more workout less flow. This will support your practice BIG time and help you build tons of strength! Tuesday and Thursday classes are more flow based, think vinyasa yoga with weights.

We Be Flowin 1 & Yoga Nidra
This is a 30-minute We Be Flowin 1 class and a 30-minute restorative savasana with a guided Yoga Nidra Mediation. Yoga Nidra translated from Sanskrit means yogic sleep. This yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. The guided meditation will shift awareness from our external world to the inner world and allow a state of deep sleep where the senses, intellect, and mind relax. It is an incredibly healing practice that allows the body to be highly relaxed while the mind is tranquil but alert. All levels welcome!
We Be Meditation

Fully guided meditation practice offering a variety of techniques. The goal is to help you to build a strong personal practice with confidence, accountability and enthusiasm. No experience required. Come as you are. This class is suitable for someone just beginning or looking to deepen their meditation practice. Time for discussion and questions after class.
We Be Yin
​
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.
We Be Restorative
​
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 2-3 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

We Be Community Flow
​
This is our regular We Be Flowin 1 class class offered at a discounted rate for a $10 drop in! All levels welcome!
