Join Heather for a 2.5 hour Inversion Workshop! Learn, Play, Grow. We are going to dive deep into the foundations of inversions and make sure we connect to and understand the basics first!  Why do we go upsidedown?? Then we will teach you the anatomy of serveral inversions and how to sucessfully prepare and train the body for each pose. Then you can expect an in depth look at postures like headstand, tripod headstand, handstand and forearmstand. SO FUN! We will learn, we will play and we will grow. Let's go!
