Join us for immersive Sound Bath with Bodies in Harmony. Bask in the cosmic sounds of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other amazing sound healing instruments. We'll kick off this sound journey with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation supported by binaural gong play to help you drift off into a sub-conscious state. Bring something comfy to lay on. You won't want to get up!
