Vinyasa Foundations: Free Beginners Workshop

Discover a deeper understanding of the foundational poses of vinyasa yoga with Heather and Holly. This is a free begginers workshop for anyone who wants a place to get started and develop a foundational understanding so that they feel more safe and confident in group classes. We will learn, move, and laugh a lot. 

This is a free event for the community but pre-registration is required, space will be limitied.
