We Be Yoga Hands on Assists Module

Join We Be Yoga School for this four hour module that will teach you how to provide hands on assits while teaching a yoga class. Providing assists is a powerful tool in creating connection and practice of being in service to another human being. You will learn the art and mastery of providing skillful assists that elevate the student’s practice.  You will learn tools and techniques for creating possibility in all bodies

Learn the basics of assisting including:

• How to skillfully and safely deliver hands on assists that enhance your student’s self exploration in a pose
• How to teach self-assisting and how to teach students to self assist themselves during class.
• Techniques for delivering assists in a class setting without disrupting your students’ practice. 

This module is for current certified teachers or teachers in the process of recieving their 200 hour certification.
