Service Description

We Be Sculpt is warm, high intensity, but low impact workout. Safe for your joints and appropriate for all fitness levels. You will be supported the entire way through and can be practiced with out without weights! This workout builds long lean muscle. It is a fun workout with awesome playlists. This class is our traditional vinyasa flow with optional weights added! Caution: You will get addicted!
