Service Description

During class you will find sweet pauses in our Yin postures to deeply open the connective tissue or fascia which is so important for supporting our joints, bones, and muscles. These postures follow the three principles of Yin Yoga which are finding the edge of your posture, holding the pose in stillness, and remaining in the pose for time. Each posture is held for three to five minutes. The majority of Yin poses are either seated or reclined on the mat. This is an opportunity to do nothing and gain profound effects through a yin yoga practice and a guided restful meditation while reclined in Savasana.
