What stands out the most to me about this program is how it's designed to make consistency easy. The strength classes are effective, and you get an excellent workout in just 45 minutes. The workouts strike the perfect balance—not too much, not too little—so you actually want to keep coming back. In the past, I've either felt too sore to return the next day or like I didn't get what I came for. But within two weeks, I already feel stronger, less bloated, and have way more energy. I'm also noticing I'm more motivated to tackle things I usually avoid, like meal prepping and getting my chores done.
