Sound Bath Meditation Night

Join us as we come together in ceremony to honor the elements of nature, to open our hearts to self-love and harmony with all living beings, and to give gratitude for life itself. Mama Cacao holds the vibrations of unconditional love, gratitude, kindness and joy allowing a loving connection with oneself and others. She is a catalyst for all types of inner work, guiding us to find healing and growth within ourselves. She allows opportunities to cultivate greater self-love, awareness and expansion of our consciousness.  As we share our cups of ceremonial grade Guatemalan cacao, we will create a sacred space to connect with her healing energy, to open our hearts, and cleanse and restore our souls.

After connecting with Mama Cacao, Corey and Andrea will guide us into a loving, sound healing journey to release physical, mental and spiritual tension while being bathed in the tactile vibrations of drums, gongs, chimes and crystal bowls. You will be guided to deeper states of brain wave activity, allowing your subconscious, intuition and open heart to begin to take the wheel and guide you to your true identity and greater purpose. It will be an evening of expansion and true bliss!

What to Bring

*Bring an open, loving heart prepared for a blissful, energetic experience

*Water bottle with plenty of water to maintain hydration

*Your favorite mug (we will have extras if you forget)

*Cushions, blankets and pillows for comfort during the sound bath

*Any offerings that you would like to share on our altar to Pachamama (crystals, flowers, small offerings from nature, etc.). They will be returned at the culmination of the event.

*Please note - Ceremonial doses of Cacao are not recommended for individuals who are taking antidepressants (Cacao contains MAO inhibitors), have a serious heart condition or very high blood pressure, or suffers epilepsy. Please speak to your doctor if you are considering taking ceremonial doses of Cacao in any of these cases. Pregnant women should take smaller amounts and will need to inform us prior to the ceremony.
