Service Description
Just like We Be Flowin 1 but we kick it up a notch and add a little warmth! Start with We Be Flowin 1 a few times first if you are just starting a new yoga practice! As always, you will be encouraged and supported in your practice wherever you are.
You can expect to see inversions and arm balances introduced in our We be Flowin 2 classes! There is no pressure, this is always a place to come and learn!
