Join Bodies in Harmony for our final very merry sound bath of the year! You will be bathed in the restorative sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tongue drums, chimes and the gong. Drift away into a deep meditative state as the different frequencies and vibrations of the instruments wash over your body, allowing you to shift from a more active state to a more relaxed, almost dreamlike state.
